STORING BIG DATA

IN SMALL MOLECULES

DATA STORAGE REVOLUTIONIZED

AtomICs technology is able to store digital data denser, more sustainably, and for longer periods of time than existing devices by using small molecules.

Up to 100 Million Times Denser Storage

Data creation appears to be unstoppable, and current technologies are struggling to keep up because they can’t get smaller. Small molecules allow us to store data denser than conventional and DNA-based technologies. This could allow us to take the entire digital universe and condense it into the size of a small room.

At Room Temperature

Current data is stored under strict temperature and humidity conditions to prevent data corruption. We can store data at room temperature, eliminating the need to use billions of gallons of water and kilowatts of energy just to keep our data cool.

That Lasts a Lifetime

Archival data lacks long-term durability. Even with state-of-the-art facilities to maintain its integrity, data needs to be rewritten every few years due to the normal degradation of storage media. AtomICs can choose the molecules we use, which allows us to fine tune our durability and provide solutions that last.
